1. Orders & Payment
All prices are shown in USD and include everything except any local customs duties (rare — see our Shipping Policy).
Payment is processed securely at checkout by Stripe. Your order is confirmed by email as soon as payment succeeds.
We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order (for example, in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud).
2. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping is free on all orders. Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days and typically arrive in 7–18 business days depending on your country.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied for any reason within 30 days of delivery, email us and we'll refund you in full. No questions asked, no return shipping games. Full details are in our Returns & Refunds policy.

PosturePro products are orthopedic support devices intended to relieve discomfort and support toe alignment. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
Results vary from person to person. For severe bunions (hallux valgus), or if you experience unusual pain while using the product, consult a podiatrist or physician.
